"We worked with Anubha and Ritika from Ochre Homes for our home remodeling project which included adding a home extension, interior structural changes and a redesign.
At the outset, they worked with us designing the layout. Each of them played to their strengths of optimizing and creating useful spaces from unused square footage (Ritika) and designing aesthetically pleasing spaces within budget (Anubha).
They provided us with detailed options with different budgets and timelines. Once we converged, they took over planning and execution of the project. This included finding contractors, designing the interiors, organizing city permits and approvals, scheduling inspections ahead of time in anticipation of completion of work, providing purchase options for various items, and a lot more. They even took care of making the purchases and working every day with the contractors to ensure that the work was executed correctly and on schedule. All of this was done with complete transparency and visibility to us via regularly updated project tracking sheets. With any complex project, there are always unexpected events, and the Ochre Homes team was quick to resolve them without adding delays.
